What is Content Marketing? 

Content Marketing provides valuable information through:

 webpages, videos, books, infographics, blogs and presentations.

 

An example of this type of marketing is a presentation I created for the Fairfield School Parent Teacher Organization.  Founded 123 years ago as the National Congress of Mothers, the PTO’s main purpose is making every child’s potential a reality.  The PTO works to engage and empower families and communities to advocate for all children.  Without dedicated parent volunteers and successful fundraising events the PTO cannot fulfill its mission.

My goal was to create a presentation that provided the following information:

• Introduce parents to the PTO.

• Help parents understand why the PTO fundraises.

• Show parents what enrichment programs the PTO brings to the school community.

• Recruit parent volunteers to join the organization.
